[How to]Block PPStream aka pps,p2p and etc,

Annoyed by roommates or housemates using PPstream?
PPS the bandwidth sucker.512Kbps ADSL users might not be able to engage any other online activities at all due to buffering of PPS.

Here is a solution for you.
Do a google search for a software called p2pover.
With that software you may block pps streaming, IMs and etc.
Some screenshot of what it can do.

The software is in chinese language upon installation.
Here's how to change the language to English.

P.S. Control works with LAN only.
